With the recent announcement of Oscar nominations, Cinemark, AMC and Regal Cinemas will showcase films nominated for Best Picture at the upcoming 96th Academy Awards.

Viewers can catch or re-watch this year’s Oscar-nominated films on the big screen before the award ceremony premiers on March 10 on ABC at 7 p.m. CDT.

Cinemark, a theater chain headquartered in Plano, will offer an Oscar week special from March 4-10. Guests can purchase a $40 festival pass and access screenings for all Best Picture, Animated and Live Action Short Film nominees. While the special runs in March, select Best Picture films are screening earlier, such as “Poor Things,” “Barbie,” “Oppenheimer,” “Killers of the Flower Moon” and “The Holdovers.”

AMC is hosting a Best Picture Showcase, screening all Best Picture nominees from now to March 10. Many films have been marked down to a ticket price of $5.

Regal’s Best Picture Film Festival runs from March 1-10 and features all Best Picture nominees. Nominees still in their initial theater run include “American Fiction” and “Poor Things.” Regal also offers a $5 ticket price for select films.

Other films returning to the silver screen include “Saltburn,” “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,” “The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes” and a black-and-white version of Visual Effects nominee “Godzilla Minus One.”
